Question 1: Does this switch the water from the showerhead to a handheld only or does it have an option for running water thru both the showerhead and a handheld?

Question 2: Is it hard to turn it?
Answer 2: The diverter valve is very easy to turn and is made very nice.

Question 3: Does the handle turn 90 degrees (quarter turn) or 180 degrees (half turn)?
Answer 3: It’s a 90 degrees turn or 180 degrees turn.

Question 4: Is the handle metal? I’ve used others that while the tee and the valve are metal, the handle is plastic and break.
Answer 4: The handle is metal.

3.When the control lever is in 180°or 90°direction, water can separately flow from the outlet of the handheld shower head or the fixed shower spray, or simultaneously flow from the two outlets. In simultaneous mode, water flow is halved of each outlet and it depends on your water pressure.
